Description

Statement of Work J&A Requirement Memo The Government intends to award a sole source contract for Software Subscription for IL Smart. The requested software can only be purchased from Inventory Locator Service, LLC. This is the only tool that currently meets the ability to provide sources of supply for COTS items with a cross referencing capability between OEM, customer part, National Stock Number (NSN), National Item Identification Number (NIIN) and other Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) data. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Inventory Locator Service, LLC.
