Description

Detroit VAMC Parking The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center is soliciting interested parties to provide approximately 95 parking spaces within a 1-mile radius of the John D. Dingell VA medical center located 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201. Lease will be for five years firm term with five, 12 month options. Parking lease shall include the 95 dedicated parking spaces to be accessed by the Detroit VA, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week with security from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should contact Jamie Clark, jamie.clark1@va.gov, 317-988-1535 no later than 3PM EST, Jan 20th, 2016. Please note this advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A solicitation for offers may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date. Offers must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100 year flood plain. Site location/physical location of property, property description, total number of parking spaces, site condition, security, parking lot plans if available.
