Solicitation Number: VA246-16-Q-0264 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Health Administration, NCO6, Hampton, VA in support of the Salisbury Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salisbury, NC intends to issue a firm-fixed price requirements contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.2, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. This requirement is a 100% Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-16-Q-0264 is attached. Dependent on location, multiple awards may be made from this solicitation. Please include locations for which you would to be considered including your facilities address for verification of 10 mile radius. Locations for consideration are available in the solicitation attached. Prices are based on the L Codes. Please include the % discount you are offering off of L Code pricing. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. Registration can be made through the website at http://www.sam.gov.
