This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award an emergency firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to McKesson Plasma and Biologics LLC, 401 Mason RD. La Vergne, TN 37086 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Darzalex the Omaha NE VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures.
