- The Army Contracting Command (ACC) New Jersey (NJ) Fort Dix, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), intends to award a sole source contract to IRIS Intelligence, 24 Barton St, Bath, BA1 1HG, United Kingdom. The contractor shall provide IRIS version 6 software licenses, server license and annual maintenance to Project Management Office (PMO) Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) located Alexandria, VA. The requiring activity requires proprietary IRIS version 6 software licenses, server license and annual maintenance to provide a robust risk management solution to implement and sustain an automated Risk Management Framework (RMF) that will be managed throughout the lifecycle of the IPPS-A program. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one 12-month base period from date of contract award with two 12-month option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotations and no Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for competitive quotes.
