Description

Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) on the behalf of the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for procurement of Yellow Fin Stirrups. Stirrups has to have Floating boot, Lift Assist Technology for staff safety, Lateral Fin to prevent peroneal nerve damage, squeeze grip handle for intraoperative adjustment, lithotomy and degree of flexion indicators. This is a Brand Name or Equal Requirement and must be delivered 30 days after receipt of order. The requirement includes: 1.Allen Yellow Fin Elite. MRF # O-YFES-A4 2 EA. 2.Yellow Fin Reusable Pad Set. MFR # O-AMA68S0.6S. 2 EA. 3.Easy Lock Blade Clamp US Rail. MFR # A-40040-A2. 4 EA. 4.Allen Stirrup Cart MFR # A-30015-A1. 2EA. When responding please include your Dun and Bradstreet number or FSS/GSA contract number if you can provide the requested items under a contract. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
