Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-16-R-0082. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of real property to yield up to approximately 15,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of contiguous climate controlled warehouse space. The space must be existing space located on no more than one (1) floor. Space must be handicap accessible with two (2) on-site parking spaces and a loading dock. A lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: Bounded in the northwest by north 15th street and the Ohio river, bounded in the northeast by interstate 264 and the Ohio river, bounded in the southwest by Dixie highway and interstate 264, bounded in the southeast by interstate 264 and interstate 64. This is a pre-solicitation notice published in response to the previous Expression of Interest that was posted under VA249-16-R-0082 and closed on November 9, 2015. All site visits have been completed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 30 days after the closing date of this notice.
