Description

SiliconExpert Subscription Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Subscription for SiliconExpert Part Search with BOM Manager IAW Statement of Work (SOW) Salient Characteristics as a Brand Name or Equal. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. Based on the results of Sources Sought Notice N00253-15-T-9988, published on May 29, 2015 on FedBizOpps, in concurrence with the NUWC Keyport Deputy of Small Business, this procurement is not a small business set-aside. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0062 and is attached to this announcement. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and has a size standard of $38.5M. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: sally.buenaventura@navy.mil or faxed to (360) 396-7036. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
