- \W911SA-16-T-0022-0001 Amendment 1 **15 JANUARY 2016 UPDATE** Amendment #1 for Solicitation W911SA-16-T-0022 has been posted to FBO. This amendment is to post the most current Wage Determination for this requirement. Contractors are required to return one signed copy of the solicitation with their quote. The quote due date/time has been extended to 10:00AM (CST); 21 January 2016. Please go to www.fbo.gov to review this amendment in full. __________________________________________________ **11 DECEMBER 2015 - UPDATE** Solicitation W911SA-16-T-0022 has been posted to FBO. Please visit www.fbo.gov to review the solicitation. ___________________________________________ MICC Fort McCoy intends to post solicitation #W911SA-16-T-0022 on or near 11 December 2015 for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at six facilities located in the state of Indiana; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 February 2016 (or subsequent date) through 31 January 2017 with four (4) one year options. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Economically Disadvantage Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS Code 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 Million. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
