Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-16-R-0086 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide concrete grave liners at Springfield National Cemetery located in Springfield, MO 65804 from date of award through September 30, 2016 with four (1) year options through September 30, 2020 if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard of 500 employees is applicable. Award will be made on a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, meaning the lowest responsive and responsible offer that meets the technical requirements and whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable will receive the contract award, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around January 18, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., February 12, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
