Description

1.In accordance to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors - Commercial Items, offers or quotes, shall have clearly demonstrate an understanding of both general and specific requirements, as well as convey the Contractor's capability for providing products which conform to the requirements stated in the solicitation. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This was a Brand Name or Equal requirement as per Addendum to 52.212-2, Basis for Award. 2.Evaluation Factors: (Technical, Past Performance and Price), as per Section E - Solicitation Provisions, General Instructions for Offerors Submittal, Solicitation Number VA246-16-Q-0168. 3.Solicitations evaluated against pre-determined factors and sub-factors to determine the LPTA offer, using the GO/NO-GO technical evaluation technique. The Contracting Officer (CO) determined the price reasonableness of each offer.
