Attachment C - Specialized Experience Form Attachment B - Past Performance Instructions & Form Attachment A - Open Asbestos & LBP BPA SOW Solicitation - RFQ GS06P16NPA7001 RFQ Letter The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Los Angeles Service Center, has identified a need to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for contractors to provide survey services to determine the condition of asbestos-containing (ACM) and lead based paint (LBP) containing materials by conducting testing for abatement of all hazardous materials. Additional services are also required for the monitoring and reporting of asbestos removal performed by a general contractor/subcontractor that has been contracted by the General Services Administration (GSA).
