Description

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jones & Bartlett Learning, LLC. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304-(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The item to be purchased is: One (1) Base Year and three (3) Option Periods, each consisting of 2,216 EA Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) 3rd Edition Precourse modules (Online), ISBN: 9781449670429, Item ID: 7042-9 This notice is not a request for offers. Jones & Bartlett Learning, LLC., 5 Wall Street, Burlington, MA 01803 is the only known source that can provide the required item. A determination not to compete the proposed contract is based upon responses to previous notices, sources sought, and market research supporting J&A 15-470, posted April, 10, 2015 at: https://www.fbo.gov/spg/ODA/USSOCOM/FortBraggNC/H9223915T0011/packages.html.
