Description
Pricing Template Statement of Work Request for Quote Synopsis for OpsLogix Blackberry Management Pack Surge # S16-0030 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are included in the attached solicitation. The associated NAICS code is 511210. System Center Operations Manager TM (SCOM) enables IT enterprises to reduce the costs of data center management in any server operating infrastructure. SCOM fundamental principle is providing a clear easy-to-use interface for complete end-to-end monitoring. The OpsLogix BlackBerry® Intelligent Management enhances the features of SCOM. The BlackBerry® Management Pack efficiently monitors BlackBerry Enterprise Server TM (BES) infrastructure, alerts and report on BES issues; and the critical SRP connection to Research in Motion (RIM) status. The Government's requirement is to purchase OpsLogix BlackBerry® Intelligent Management Pack with support and maintenance for use on the USACE CorpsNet. The purpose is to provide monitoring capabilities for the Government's Blackberry 10 environment that is currently not supported in other USACE acquired utilities. Its key feature is in enhancing an existing SCOM infrastructure and integrating this with a BlackBerry® environment while maintaining complete system security. Responses should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a point of contact, telephone number, and electronic mail address. Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Responses to this notice will be used to determine the availability of this type of service. All responsible sources may respond to this synopsis and all responses will be considered by the agency.
