Description
Listing of 13 QPL NSNs for LTC project under RFP SPE4A7-16-R-1417. LTC PR 1000043522, for 13 parachute-related NSNs all under Qualified Products List (QPL) MIL-DTL-6645. Please see the attachment for listing of the 13 NSNs under this solicitation. QPL applies. Only offerors listed as an approved source on QPL 6645 for the specific NSN/part numbers identified in the listing will be considered for the award. If you are interested in becoming an approved source on the QPL, please send an email to Engineering.Standards@US.AF.MIL. The solicitation will result in the award of multiple firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) each with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. Please see the attachment for the guaranteed minimum quantity, estimated annual demand quantity & maximum ordering quantity per delivery order, and the 5-year maximum contract quantity for each NSN under this solicitation. The required production lead-time is 460 - 510 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contracts 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Requirement will be issued as an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing full and open competition. Items are Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) and are of critical application. Configuration control applies. First article Government testing, Textile Material Test Sample testing, and Government Production Lot Sample testing are required. Shelf-life applies to certain NSNs. Surge and Sustainment is not required for any of the NSNs. Surplus offers are not acceptable for Aviation Life Support Equipment. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
