Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to Replace Greater Rochester International Airport Runway 22 Visual Approach Slope Indicator(VASI)with an LED Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI). This Screening Information Request (SIR) is being sent four (4) pre-qualified vendors: 1. Kobo Utility 2.Chappy Corp. 3.Moulison Company 4. Cullen Electric Corp. NAICS CODE 238210 Performance Time 30 Calendar Days Estimated Range $100,000 - $140,000 Pre-proposal Site Visit February 4, 2016 @ 9:00 a.m. Security issues preclude the need for the FAA to be informed prior to contractor(s) arrival for escorting requirements. Contractors shall contact Cecilia Eichel FAA Engineer on Tel: 603-881-1255 by 4:00 p.m. on February 2, 2016 and provide attendee names. Only those offerors identified above will be permitted at the pre-proposal site visit walk-thru conference. The Government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror who is determined to be responsible and whose proposal conforms to tall requirement of the SIR.
