(3 pages) Attachment #1: Sources Sought/Draft RFQ Form N3904016T0043 and Statement of Work for Sanitary Tank #2 Cleaning This Sources Sought announcement is published for market research purposes only. This market research will be used to help identify Small Business sources under NAICS code 562998. This should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Request for Quote (RFQ) with Specifications is a draft for review. A new revised RFQ may be issued with the solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice : 1. Meets ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. 2. Anticipates availability of on-site personnel during the stated periods of performance. 3. Has an active CAGE Code with the System for Award Management (SAM). 4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Responses should include the following information : 1. Responder's contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE, and TIN. 2. Acknowledgement of all Security Clearances required under paragraph 2.1.3 of the SOW. Responder shall provide quality objective evidence of its Facilities Security Clearance (FCL) issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS). All responses shall be limited to 10 pages or less and pricing information should not be submitted at this time.
