Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-16-R-0052 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide and install sod at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery located in Elwood, IL 60421 from date of award through September 30, 2016 with four (1) year options through September 30, 2020 if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) but also incorporates a 3 Tier Cascading Set-Aside procedure. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, meaning award will be made to the lowest offer evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors., The following evaluation factors will be evaluated on an "Acceptable or Unacceptable" basis for this award: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance,. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around January 26, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., February 16, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
