- RFQ for Oce Plotter Maintenance and Tax Form This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The request for quote (RFQ) number is OPLOTMAINT7002. The GSA PBS Acquisition Operations Division (7PQA) has a requirement for maintenance service for Oce Plotter and Scanner. GSA intends to award a contract for a base year and 4 options. This notice is being issued with a request for quote document that explains the need for the specific Oce Plotter Maintenance. The following items are required for maintenance: Oce Color Wave 620 - Up to 500 meter counts per month -serial number 0495002347 Oce Color Scanner C4300- Over 500 meter counts per month -serial number 0434200222 The maintenance service on plotter at General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Service (PBS), 819 Taylor Street, 11th floor, cubicle B03, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. POC: Peter Koenig 817-978-4037. Offerors shall provide the information required therein. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical compliance with the Government's requirement, past performance, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
