- N00164-16-R-JS27 - SOLE SOURCE - JRE HELP DESK SUPPORT - FSC D321 - NAICS 541519 - Anticipated Issue Date: 08 MAR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 08 APR 2016 - Time 02:00 PM Eastern This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use FBO to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Engility LLC (or its authorized distributors), 7420 Mission Valley Road, San Diego, CA 92108 (cage 02NP8), to annually provide 24/7/365 Joint Range Extension (JRE) Help Desk support for the Tactical Air Control Party Modernization (TACP-M) Program, software upgrades, and test and evaluation of Joint Range Extension (JRE) servers covered under OEM warranty. The contract minimums and maximums per year are as follows: Contract Year Minimum Maximum 1 29 each 40 each 2 29 each 40 each 3 15 each 40 each 4 4 each 40 each 5 4 each 40 each The contract will have a five-year period of performance. All deliverables will be FOB Destination NSWC Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522. This procurement is in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A formal solicitation will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 (1-334-206-7828 for international calls) or via the internet at https://www.acquisition.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall also complete electronic annual representations and certifications at ORCA accessed via https://www.acquisition.gov in conjunction with required registration in the SAM database. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the www site listed. To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website.
