- Schedule for viewing of classified ALCS-R Documents on 16 and 17 February 2016. Schedule for ALCS-R Industry Day to be held on 17-19 February 2016. Please disregard the information posted on 26 January 2016. Somehow the wrong information got pulled in and a post from June 2015 was re-posted. The following was the inteded post: The government will hold an Industry Day at Hill AFB for the ALCS-R Program on 17-19 February 2016 with a General Session in the morning of the 17th and 1 on 1 sessions that afternoon and all day on the 18th and 19th (See attached ALCS-R Industry Day Schedule). There will be no limit on the number of attendees per organization for the General Session. Please limit attendees to ten (10) per organization for the 1 on 1 Sessions. In conjunction with Industry Day, the government will be making classified material available for review on 16 and 17 February (See attached ALCS-R Classified Document Review Schedule). There will be a limit of four (4) attendees per organization for this classified document review. A visit request through JPAS must be submitted for this visit. Please use SMO Code HP1MFGKQ and reference Christine Fukuda when submitting visit requests. Please contact Christine Fukuda and Corey Taggart to reserve a time for a 1 on 1 session and the classified document review. As these Industry Day activities will be held on Hill AFB, proper government ID is required. If a member of your organization attending any portion of Industry Day requires base sponsorship, please email that individual's name, Driver's License Number, and State of Issue to Christine Fukuda and Corey Taggart. Please make all requests by Close of Business 8 February 2016 to allow time for processing. A final schedule for both Industry Day and the classified document viewing will be posted upon completion.
