- Sources Sought A. Objective: To find sources that are qualified to meet the supplies/services as listed in section 11B. Note that the specific requirements in section C are subject to change prior to the release of any solicitation. B. Salient Characteristics - The contractor shall provide the following: Quantity two (2) each computers with the following minimum capabilities: • Intel Xeon Processor (E5-1603 v3) • Windows seven (7) • NVIDIA Quadro K620 graphics card with two (2) gigabytes (GB) of random access memory (RAM) • Sixteen (16) GB of RAM (4x4 configuration) 2133 megahertz DDR4 RDIMM ECC Boot drive • 256 GB solid state High Definition (HD) secondary internal hard drive • Two (2) terabyte (TB) Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (serial-ATA), 7200 Revolutions per minute (RPM) internal hard drive • HD Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) Blu-ray player • Sound card with MIDI input • Network card - 1 CAT and 1 LAN port Quantity two (2) each monitors to meet the following specifications: • Twenty-seven inches (27'') • 2560x1440 at 60 Hertz (Hz) resolution • Aspect ratio sixteen (16): nine (9) • Light-emitting diode (LED) display • Response time: 6 milliseconds (ms) (gray to gray) Quantity two (2) each monitors to meet the following specifications: • 2560x1600 at 60 Hertz (Hz) resolution • Thirty inches (30") • Aspect ratio sixteen (16): ten (10) • LED display • Response time: 6 ms (gray to gray) Quantity five (5) each Laptops with the following capabilities: • Intel i7-4910MQ (2.9 Gigahertz (GHz), 3.9GHz Turbo, 8 Megabyte (MB) • Windows seven (7) • Nvidia Quadro K2100/2GB Video Card (no AMD substitution) • 3840x2160 resolution monitor • 16GB 1600MHz Double data rate type three (DDR3) RAM • 128GB solid state hard drive Quantity one (1) each monitor to meet the following specifications: • Twenty-nine inches (29") • 2560x1080 at 60 Hz resolution • Twenty one (21): nine (9) ratio (ultra-widescreen) • LED display • Response time: 8 ms (gray to gray) Quantity one (1) each Port replicator for laptop above Quantity one (1) each monitor to meet the following specifications: • Sixteen (16): Ten (10) ratio • Twenty four inches (24") • 1920x1200 resolution • Response time: 8 ms Quantity one (1) each monitor arm with Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) plate adapter which supports up to twenty and one half pounds (20.5 lbs.) monitor Quantity five (5) each computers with the following minimum capabilities: • Windows seven (7) • Xeon processor e5-2603 v3 • Nvidia Quadro M6000 12GB RAM • 32GB RAM, 2133 MHz DDR4 RDIMM ECC • 2TB serial ATA (7200 RPM) internal hard drive • DVD Read-only Memory (ROM) • Sound card with MIDI input • Network card - 1 CAT and 1 LAN port Quantity one (1) each computer with the following minimum capabilities: • Ubuntu OS • Xeon processor (e5-2603 v3) • Nvidia Quadro M6000 12GB RAM • 32GB RAM 2133 MHz Double data rate type four DDR4 Registered Memory, Error Correcting Code (RDIMM ECC) • 2TB serial ATA (7200 RPM) hard drive • DVD ROM with Blu-ray • Sound card with MIDI input • Network card - 1 CAT and 1 LAN port The preferred method is F.O.B. Destination with shipping charges included to the unit price. The Contractor shall deliver to University of Alabama in Huntsville, Army Research Laboratory (ARL) - Univ of Alabama in Huntsville OKT N126 5000 Technology Drive Huntsville, AL 35899 no later than (NLT) Thirty (30) days after received order (ARO).
