- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Window Panel, Aircraft for NSN 1560-01-161-4413 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 32 under SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, CAGE 78286,P/N 70206-21001-102. APPROVED SOURCES; PILKINGTON AEROSPACE INC, CAGE 86175; NORDAM TRANSPARENCY DIV OF TEXAS, CAGE 0J2J9. Contractor First Article testing is required. Contractor PLT is required. The required delivery schedule is 150 DAFA days. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Surge and Sustainment is not required. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is Feb 15, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
