The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from prospective offerors and to provide amended RFP Sections B, C, L, M & Section J Attachments J-8 through J-13and J-17. The Government has amended the three Sample Task Orders (STOs) in response to questions received in order to clarify the requirements and due to the extent of these changes, the closing date for receipt of proposals is changed from February 16, 2016 to February 29, 2016 at 4:30PM Eastern Time. As a reminder, All proposal submissions for this RFP will be collected via the AcquServe TM secure web portal which requires pre-registration. It is imperative that the Offeror read and understand how to submit its proposal using the AcquServe TM portal by understanding Section J Attachment J-16 and going to: https://acquserve.cs3.noblis.org
