Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) Soliciting from a single source, to Sylvan N. Goldman Center, Oklahoma Blood Institute to provide the services of blood and blood products. The NAICS code is 621991, with a small business size standard of $32.5. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms may identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at vernester.ingram@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM Central Time, February 5, 2016. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.
