This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Syracuse, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about February 15, 2016 for Renovate Ward 6C, Project No. 528A7-14-719. The project includes the following scope items: demolition and general construction services to complete the renovation of Ward 6C in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $36.5 M. The cost range is $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
