(RSF) 15,976 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Lease Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option: None Additional Requirements: • The leased space must be contiguous on one floor. • Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. • Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. • Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. • Below grade space is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within a 100 year flood plain. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
