- UPDATE: 2/1/16 - posting a question and answer (see attachment). ********************** The Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Communication and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), Digital Modular Radio (DMR) program, San Diego, CA is seeking information for shipborne Very High Frequency/Ultra High Frequency (VHF/UHF) Multi-coupler/Combiner products. The intended application of the multi-coupler is to allow several AN/USC-61 DMR transceivers operating VHF and UHF waveforms to simultaneous transmit and receive through a common shipboard communications antenna (s). Please note: this Sources Sought notice is similar, but not identical to the DMR Multi- Coupler market survey (MTSVY-10846A) previously posted on 07/08/2015.
