Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Palliative Care Unit, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 is seeking a contractor to provide PHARMACY INVENTORY SERVICES FOR THE ANN ARBOR VA MEDICAL CENTER, ANN ARBOR, MI ON FEBRUARY 20, 2016 AND THE TOLEDO CBOC, TOLEDO, OHIO ON FEBRUARY 21, 2016. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 561990 All Other Support Services and a business size standard of $11.0 million is applicable. All potential bidders shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All potential bidders must also agree to privacy act training and security requirements by completing and signing the SF1449 on or before the February 9, 2016, at 9:00 AM (EST). Potential bidders shall register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically (email) and will also be available via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax, mail, or telephone bid packages shall be accepted. Offerors shall submit their quotation by e-mail to kevin.pendleton@va.gov. Offers are due no later than 9:00 AM. EST, Tuesday, September February 9, 2016. All questions shall be submitted via EMAIL ONLY to kevin.pendleton@va.gov and shall be submitted no later than Monday, February 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon (EST). Please be advised, if awarded all invoices shall be submitted in accordance with Federal Regulations 52.212-4(g) to VA Financial Services Center, P.O. Box 149971, Austin, Texas 78714-8971 through the Tungsten/OB10 electronic invoicing system.
