VA786-16-R-0110 Pre Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services for Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly Michigan 48442 RFP VA786-16-R-0110 - The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, (to include Material Safety Data Sheets) and other items and services necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Work consists of cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all public restrooms, break room, administrative/public information building, Honor Guard, and maintenance building at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Description DAILY Sweep & Wet Mop Floors all tile and vinyl floor surfaces in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Vacuum Carpet & Rug Areas in administrative and maintenance buildings Clean exterior benches Clean Light Switches, Push Plates, Door Handles and Partitions in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Dust, Damp Wipe Tables, Chairs, Countertops, Windowsills (including break room), Tops of File Cabinets (excluding employees' workspace) in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Clean Restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and water fountains in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings MONTHLY Clean (Vacuum or Dust) blinds (including Conference Room) in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Clean & Damp Wipe Wall Pictures, NCA displays & Wall Clocks in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Dust Baseboards in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Clean cobwebs from corners, walls and doors in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Clean interior glass (offices) in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings SEMI-ANNUAL Strip and Wax Floors in administrative, maintenance and Honor Guard buildings Exterior power washing and squeegeed clean of all exterior windows and clean interior windows in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings Clean Light Fixtures in administrative, maintenance, and Honor Guard buildings ANNUAL Shampoo all carpets & Rug Areas in administrative and maintenance buildings Project will be for date of award through September 30, 2016, plus (4) - One year options, if exercised. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 is applicable.
