The Government proposes to acquire on a one-time buy contract a quantity of 2 each of a SHROUD, NIGHT SIDE A, NSN: 1270-01-535-8920, Part Number: 79760015-019 applicable to the CD TADS/PNVS weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 2 each, 259 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to LINDEN, NJ 07036-6230. This item is restricted to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 04939. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
