- The NAICS Code is 332994. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland, intends to issue a one (1) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract followed by a four (4) year FFP contract. Both contracts will be issued on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40214-2683. The four (4) year contract will include one (1) base year and three (3) option years. The contractor shall provide MK38 Machine Gun System Ordnance Alteration and Repair Kits (ORDALT) and associated spares. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required time frame.
