- Subject: The scope of this project is for procurement of two (2) mobile command workstations for a Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) located at Towson Readiness Center. Purpose: MDARNG proposes to enter into a Firm-fixed Price contract for two (2) mobile command workstations. Towson Readiness Center requires these workstations in order to increase their TOC capabilities by enhancing their operating picture as it relates to supporting civil missions. Synopsis: This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribe in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-16-Q-0015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide contract line item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 2 EA Mobile Command Workstations Characteristics listed below: 1. Mobile planning station, single case design featuring two (2) forward and two (2) rear facing 26' LED displays that can extend four (4) PC desktops 2. Workstation shall seat four (4) operators 3. Displays are installed on an integrated frameset 4. Two (2) drop down tables are attached to the frameset 5. Four (4) chairs are included 6. The user I/O panel will be located below the displays for connections for power, two (2) switched data networks and video distribution 7. PC video can be sent to the overhead monitor and to an external display source 8. The case I/O panel hosts connections for an external power source, data networks and VGA-based video out Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest total price for the purchase. The NAICS is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees, and will be a competed action, 100% small business set-aside. Period: Items to be On-site NLT 01 April 2016 Notes: Installation required. Refurbished Hardware or Software is not authorized. Contractor shall provide one-year service contract and one-year warranty on all equipment. All equipment shall be furnished no later than 60 days after contract award.
