Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to solicit on a brand name basis to authorized resellers of Google Apps and CloudLock software products and licenses. The period of coverage is 24 February 2016 to 23 February 2015.The procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition pursuant to the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals no later than 4 pm Eastern 12 February 2016. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 541519.
