- Award Delivery information Solicitation Notice Bread - 3rd quarter Bread RFQP02101600015 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, MCC New York is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE (BREAD). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311812, FOR BREAD ITEMS. Delivery dates will begin on April 1, 2016 (exact dates shown within the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, MCC NY, 150 PARK ROW, NEW YORK, NY, 10007. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 10, 2016, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipts of quote is February 26, 2016 ; however, this is a projected estimate and vendors should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation for the actual date quotations are due.
