- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), Army G-3/5/7, for the Office of the Director of Training, intends to release request for proposal W91CRB-16-T-0008 (previosuly posted under W91CRB-15-R-0035) on or about 29 February 2016 for Army Training and Leader Development under as a Total Small Business set-aside. The Army DCS, G-3/5/7 requires the services of a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services for the Office of the Director of Training, Army G-3/5/7. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract is contemplated. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) base year and two (2) one year option periods. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as http://www.sam.gov. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the internet at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at the following address: https://fbo.gov. The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. All questions and/or comments in response to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and emailed to Fran Epps at frances.n.epps.ctr@mail.mil.
