The decision to set aside this procurement as sole source small business was made resulting from Market Research. Previous procurements for this supply have shown that there is not an expectation to receive quotes from two or more small businesses. Packaging: Contractor shall fabricate and provide wooden crating for shipment of all materials. All materials shall be secured/packaged within the wooden crating to isolate parts from any movements during shipping activities. Wooden crating shall be fully enclosed, with no openings to protect material from damages and keep foreign matter/debris from entering the crating. Contractor shall package port and starboard main engine parts separately.
