- Description: AFSC/PZIOC Infrastructure Support Branch, Robins AFB, GA offers this opportunity to be accomplished using competitive acquisition procedures, 100% set-aside for Small Business. Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all necessary components to complete the PAVING contract at Robins AFB, GA. This will be a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for paving requirements in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and /or new roadways. Period of Performance and Magnitude: The combined aggreagate maximum contract amount of the IDIQ will be no more than $40 million over five years. The period of performance is anticipated to be for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $3,000 for each task order, individual task orders will vary in size and complexity. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and specifications and drawings for each task order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. It is anticipated that a multiple award contract will result from the solicitation. The successful contractor(s) will be selected using Low Price with Special Standards of Responsibility (SSR) in accordance with FAR 9.104-2. Additional information regarding the Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria for Award will be located in the resultant solicitation. Note: All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted on or about 26 FEB 2016, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The Government anticipates releasing the RFP in late 26 FEB 2016 to early 11 MAR 2016 ** It is anticipated that the following SSR will be used** Minimum Requirements 1. The contractor shall be prequalified or registered with any state Department of Transportation as a paving contractor. More information about prequalifying or registering can be obtained following this link: http://www.dot.ga.gov/PS/Business/Prequalification/PrequalContractors#tab-2. Acceptable Documentation - Provide the Notification letter from the State Department of Transportation. Acceptable Documentation - Provide the Certificate of Qualification from the Georgia Department of Transportation.
