Description

Six more price pending NSNs for BAE Add-on The subject requirement is for an add-on initiative/acquisition of six (6) NSNs following the terms of basic contract SPE7LX14D0040 by adhering to the add/delete clause DLAD 52.216-9006. Please reference the attached spreadsheet to see which Federal Supply Codes (FSCs) and NAICS apply to each item. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract was previously awarded on 11/2014 to BAE Systems Land & Armaments (076M6). The attached list of six (6) NSNs have been identified as being sole source to BAE companies to include CAGE codes 6W728, 0FW39, 076M6, 05386, 16185 and 80212. It is anticipated that these items will be added onto the current contract sometime in the near future under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for the below supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
