- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to competitively award a fixed price small purchase for commercial maintenance and calibration services for the HVAC Control System and the two environmental chambers in Building 355, Lakehurst Naval Calibration Laboratory located at the Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst, NJ. This will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The period of performance for this procurement will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. Each year will include two semi-annual maintenance, repair, and calibration visits and one annual re-certification visit. The re-certification visit may be combined with one of the semi-annual maintenance visits. Services required include maintenance, repair, calibration, and certification, including programming set-points and controls, corrective maintenance, component replacement coverage, trouble call coverage, and testing and inspection reporting. Additionally, services include repair and adjustments of any mechanical systems and hardware related to the control system, excluding the a/c condensers or heating plant. Award will be made to the responsible Small Business whose proposal is technically acceptable with acceptable past performance, and whose price is the lowest offered. Offerors must demonstrate that they have the necessary expertise, accreditation, and equipment to successfully provide services that meet all the requirements of the solicitation. The Government will release the solicitation, including any subsequent amendments, on Fed Biz Ops. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted, no written requests will be accepted. Any amendment issued will be posted to the same website. After the solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all amendments.
