Amendment #14 Solicitation VA101-15-R-0165 1. Change revised offer response due date and time: Revised offers must be submitted no later than 4:00PM Eastern on February 19, 2016. 2. Replaced the revised Schedule C files dated 2-9-16, with Schedule C files dated 2-11-16, in order to correct the revised Schedule C. Additionally, a spreadsheet version is being added. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the spreadsheet calculations are correct and error free at time of submission.
