All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Government is attempting to identify responsible qualified sources able to provide services described below. In order to assess current market conditions, formulate an accurate cost estimate, and develop an effective Performance Work Statement, the Government is requesting industry feedback with respect to the areas listed below. Any information submitted by and obtained from industry as a result of market research efforts may be used in development of the final Performance Work Statement, Government cost estimates or terms and conditions of the actual solicitation. The Contracting Offier will not make a set-aside determination until all market research efforts are complete. Requirement Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs South Central Veterans HealthCare Network VISN 16 requires secure online access to the American Association of Critical Care Nursing's (AACN) Essentials of Critical Care online educational program for all VISN facilities. The geographical footprint of VISN 16 includes 8 hospitals. Each hospital has operational oversight for multiple Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) throughout TX, LA, MS and AR Staff from all facilities will require online access on a 24x7x365 basis. The objective is to ensure VA staff can receive AACN accredited continuing education (CE) courses that can be utilized to maintain state licensure throughout the geographical footprint. The minimum course requirements are: 1.Introduction to Care of the Critically Ill, or equivalent 2.Care of Patient with Cardiovascular Disorders, or equivalent 3.Care of Patient with Pulmonary Disorders, or equivalent 4.Basic Hemodynamic Monitoring, or equivalent 5.Care of Patient with Neurological Disorders, or equivalent 6.Care of Patient with Gastrointestinal Disorders, or equivalent 7.Care of Patient with Renal Disorders, or equivalent 8.Care of Patient with Endocrine Disorders, or equivalent 9.Care of Patient with Hematologic Disorders, or equivalent 10.Care of Patient with Multisystem Disorders, or equivalent The Government is requesting capabilities statements and responses to the following: 1.What is your socio-economic classification? (Large business, SB, VOSB, SDVOSB, etc.)? 2.Description of innovative and enhanced delivery features 3.Are you able to provide AACN accredited training? 4.Provide a description of your security protocols and login capabilities. 5.Description of website reliability and average and monthly uptime. 6.What is your average monthly website downtime? 7.Will it be possible to demonstrate the user friendliness of the website? If so the Government requests such a demonstration at the earliest possible time. 8.Are users and administrators able to access records online? 9.Reports: Are utilization reports available online? a.Can utilization reports be customized by specific sites within the VISN 16 geographical footprint? b.Can you provide a sample report with your response? 10.Pricing Data: a.Identify administration or setup costs b.Annual price based on 10 concurrent user logins c.Annual price based on 20 concurrent user logins d.Annual price based on 30 concurrent user logins e.Annual price based on 40 concurrent user logins f.Annual price based on 50 concurrent user logins 11.Provide information about your customer service management support capabilities. 12.The following locations will require access.
