Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS - EATON 9390-100-160 UPS ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Lexington VAMC, Engineering Service, located at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. The Engineering Service needs a contract for one (1) base year + (4) one-year options to renew for UPS Units Service Maintenance Agreement. This procurement will be a SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is VA249-16-Q-0243. The RFQ will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about February 19, 2016 with quotes due on or about February 25, 2016. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A question period will be opened at time of solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
