- AMENDMENT 1: Adds Appendix B "FAA Equipment List" that was missing in the solicitation. Also adds all Questions & Answers as of 2/12/2016. Offerors must submit a signed acknowledgement of the SF-30 form with their proposals. The FAA is seeking offers from qualified firms for regularly scheduled specialized Fall Protection Training classes in Alaska, as well as facility evaluation, and design & installation services on an as needed basis.
