- Synopsis PROJECT NO.: CTGB 16-2001 PROJECT TITLE: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Rubber Removal and Stripping; Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The work covered under this contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment of services required to accomplish the following work at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana: a. Clean and Repaint the Airfield Striping as shown on project drawings. b. Layout and Paint New Striping as shown on project drawings. c. Eradicate Existing Unused Striping with black paint where shown on project drawings. d. Remove Rubber Deposits from the Runway where shown on the project drawings. e. Remove Paint Striping from portland cement concrete pavements shown on project drawings. f. Clean and repaint Base roads and parking lot stripes as shown on project drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project is a 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code 237310, with a small business size standard of $36,500,000. All responsible bidders must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about 1 April 2016 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the solicitation package, pertinent information and downloads. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity contract for rubber removal and striping at Grissom ARB, IN. Effective for a 12 month base period from date of award plus four (4) twelve month Government option periods.
