- N00164-16-R-GR79 - AN/SPS-49 Voltage Regulator and Powerstat subassemblies Technical Data Package Development, evaluation, and overhaul- FSC 5840 - NAICS 334511- Anticipated RFP issue date 01 APR 2016 - Anticipated closing 06 MAY 2016 Time - 2:00 PM EST The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for: 1) the development of a Technical Data Package (TDP) for testing, overhaul, and refurbishment procedures of the AN/SPS-49 Voltage Regulator and Powerstat subassemblies; 2) Evaluation and overhaul of the AN/SPS-49 Voltage Regulator; 3) Evaluation and overhaul of the AN/SPS-49 Powerstat subassemblies. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government considering price, the ability to meet the technical requirements in accordance with the statement of work and past performance. THIS RFP IS FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The following Contract Line Items (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN 0001 - NRE to develop a TDP CLIN 0002 - Evaluation of Voltage Regulator CLIN 0003 - Standard Voltage Regulator Overhaul CLIN 0004 - Major Voltage Regulator Overhaul CLIN 0005 - Evaluation of Powerstat Assembly CLIN 0006 - Standard Powerstat Assembly Overhaul CLIN 0007 - Major Powerstat Assembly Overhaul CLIN 0008 - Data, NSP Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 Highway 361, Crane IN 47522. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 01 APR 2016. Interested parties can download the solicitation from the FBO website at http://www.fbo.gov, no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a proposal electronically using any "Submit Bid" feature or other electronic means does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person or in the correct format. When the solicitation is available, all responsible parties may submit a proposal for this procurement which will be considered by the Government. This is not a Request for Proposal. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
