Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT National Park Service (NPS) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Independence or Lone Pine Delineated Area: City of Independence, California (within a 15 mile radius) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Two Bedroom Unit Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Two Bedroom Unit Space Type: Housing Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government (Manzanar National Historic Site) is seeking to lease a two bedroom unit, unfurnished, with kitchen, bathroom, common living/dining space. The kitchen should include appliances such as a range, refrigerator, (kitchen sink disposal and dishwasher, optional). Lessor should also provide water and sewer, parking, and facility maintenance Laundry, optional. The Manzanar NHS requires the ability to lease this residential unit on a twelve month lease with the option to extend but not to exceed a five year period. This will allow the Park to house government employees/volunteers and their families.
