Description

NOTICE DESCRIPTION The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) requires that a contractor provide non-personal, total turn-key Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) project services to the Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) in support of the Denver replacement medical facility. These turn-key services include project management; equipment planning; transition planning; warehousing; relocation and moving; final turnover and closeout; and post occupancy evaluation services. This requirement will be procured through a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8. The warehousing services required to ensure a total turn-key solution is considered an open market item. It is the Government's intent to award a single BPA call for comprehensive IOT&A services to include the open market item. The purpose of this notification is to meet the requirement to synopsize contract actions expected to exceed $25,000 in accordance with FAR Section 5.201. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Firms interested in supplying warehousing may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. Sources wishing to be considered MUST submit documentation to the office identified in this notice within seven (7) calendar days of the date of publication of this notice.
