Description

Solicitation: W91YTZ-16-T-0027 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), Army Health Contracting Activity (Provisional), intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for one leased Bio-Rad BioPlex 2200 Immunoassay Analyzer or Equal equipment to be located at the main laboratory of the Ireland Army Community Hospital, Building 851, Laboratory, P floor, Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121. Lease of this equipment shall include all equipment operations and training requirements, delivery, installation, validation, all calibrators/standards, reagents/reagent packs, quality control materials and any other consumable supplies necessary to perform essential patient assays as well as call/onsite schedule and unscheduled maintenance services and analyzer removal at the termination of the BPA.
