Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitatoin Please see the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for complete details. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO), Marine Operations Center Atlantic (MOCA), requires a 17’ aluminum hulled Utility Boat (UTB). The required delivery date is 9 months from contract award. The utility boat and trailer shall be delivered to 439 West York Street, Norfolk, VA 23501. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 336612, Boat Building, with a business size standard of 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class is 1910. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 4:00 P.M. Eastern on February 25, 2016; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on meeting technical capabilities, past performance, delivery schedule, and price.
